Big Brothers/Big Sisters
- Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Upper Ohio Valley have relocated on to
the second floor of Webster
Hall - a Place of Grace, next door to the church on Hanover Street. |
Free Legal Clinic - Our Free Legal Clinic, the only one in
operation in eastern Ohio, operates every other month on the second
Wednesday. Our next free Legal Clinic is set for November 9,
2004. People from the church are always needed to help in
registering |
people at the doors as hosts and hostesses and by showing people where
to meet with the attorney. Do you have an hour or two to help bring in
justice?

ABLE: Adult Basic and Literacy Education - The ABLE program
is a state and federally funded program that helps adults (16 & 17
year olds that meet certain criteria are welcome) to grow to their
potential. Our ABLE program provides a comfortable and confidential
setting for our students to build a foundation of literacy skills needed
for effective citizenship, family learning, further education, and
obtaining a job. The program is designed for our students to
continue their education once they have met their original goal into a
post-secondary institution for higher education.

Cancer Support Group - Our
Cancer Support Group meets the first Monday of the month. This ministry is
led by cancer survivor, Margi Roberts. They meet in the Church Library at
7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of the month. People are needed to help
Margi with the group, to act as host or hostess, and to provide desserts.

GRACE
2 GO - Grace 2 Go is a powerful ministry that operates as a
satellite church at Wayne Hayes Apartment Tower. Once a month a worship
service is led by members of our church. This worship service averages 45
in attendance. Following worship, dinner is served. |
Tape Ministry - The Sunday Morning
Worship Services are taped on cassettes and are available for loan.
